Our law firm specializes in civil work, with a strong focus on corporate and investment matters. We have established a notable presence in the tourism industry, where we represent New Dawn Resorts, a Ghanaian-American company developing a US$500 million integrated tourist facility in Accra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As external consultants to the Ghana Tourist Board, we provide expert guidance on licensing and regulatory issues for travel and tour operators, hotels, and catering establishments. Our Lead Consultant, Tony Forson, brings extensive experience working with airline operators, including Emirates<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Our client portfolio also includes banking and telecommunications companies, both locally and internationally. Notably, we have represented Multichoice Ghana Ltd, a South African cable television company, for over 12 years.

Recent projects include a Ghanaian-Russian joint venture in the fishing industry, with operations valued at US$6 million, and representation of an American oil exploration company in the Tano basin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
